If I may make a suggestion, you could post a 'vegetable' for the week and invite recipes using that particular vegetable. most of us know a few variations and stick to it. More recipes would be lovely and to have them under one group would make a search easy. And a warm welcome to Arusuvai Natrajan who has posted a bunch of recipes today. If Iam not mistaken he is the man behind "Adyar Sweets and Snacks' the forerunner of so many sweet shops in Chennai and other cities.
